Not even a little. We get first-timers on the floor constantly, the surface is smooth and easy to find your footing on, and skate trainers are available if you want extra support while you get comfortable.
It really is. Most sessions welcome every age, and there's an arcade and snack bar on hand whenever anyone needs a break from skating.
Yes, watching without skating still costs $5. That covers anyone in your group who just wants to sit and watch.
Something comfortable you can move around in works best, and bring socks, especially if you're renting skates for the first time.
Yes, there's a parking lot right at the rink, so you won't have to hunt for street parking.
Yes. Quad rentals run $6, and inline blades are $8. Skate trainers are available too if you need extra support, just ask at the counter for current pricing.
Absolutely, as long as your skates have toe stops or plugs. Check with staff at the counter if you're not sure yours qualify.
Whichever you prefer, we've got rentals for both.
Our hardwood floor was recently refinished, so it's smooth, glossy, and easy to skate on whether you're just starting out or you've been doing this for years.
General admission is $12, and our Family Rate covers up to 4 skaters for $25 including rentals. Pricing shifts a bit by session, so check our Schedule for the exact breakdown.
Hours move around by day and by season, sometimes events change things too, so the See the Schedule page always has the most current times.
Regular admission is pay-at-the-door. Birthday packages and private rentals need to be booked ahead, either online or with a call to the rink.
We take both cash and card for admission and rentals.
We've got lockers available for your shoes, bags, and anything else you don't want to carry around the rink. Ask at the counter when you check in.
Yes, our snack bar has pizza, hot dogs, nachos, and more, along with drinks and a few sweet treats.
Outside food isn't allowed, with one exception: birthday cake. Bring your own if you're celebrating, everything else is covered at our snack bar.
No, we don't serve alcohol, our posted rules keep the rink alcohol-free for everyone. Adult Night is about the music and having the floor mostly to yourselves, not a bar scene.
We do, with two packages to choose from, Kooky A. Bird and Wizard Deluxe. Both include a party room, a host to run your table, and food, so you're not managing anything yourself. See Birthday Parties for the full breakdown.

It's our 18-and-up session, running Thursday and Sunday nights with a DJ and the floor mostly to yourselves. Check Adult Parties for exact times.
